I weave together sex and trauma education with somatic healing techniques, utilizing breath, touch, awareness, and movement to guide you on a transformative journey of self-discovery. I provide in-person and virtual assistance and services for individuals, couples, groups, and retreats seeking support.
My Coaching Approach
My coaching approach is rooted in the belief that the body, mind, spirit, and sensuality are inseparable. I support clients in reconnecting with themselves on every level—emotionally, physically, energetically, and spiritually—so they can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and inner alignment.
My work draws from yoga, somatic practices, Tantra, trauma-informed healing, and my lived experience of moving through shame, survival, and self-reclamation. I don’t teach people to “fix” themselves; I support them in remembering who they are beneath conditioning, fear, and expectations.

Sexual dysfunctions in men encompass a range of issues affecting sexual performance or satisfaction. Common types include erectile dysfunction (difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection), premature ejaculation (ejaculating too quickly), delayed ejaculation (difficulty ejaculating), and low libido (lack of sexual desire).
