If you’ve had the chance to peruse the About page, you’re likely aware of my commitment to embracing the flow of life and avoiding stagnation. This philosophy is probably why I find myself engaged in a multitude of activities, with a taste for continuously adding more. As I sit down to write, I want to candidly acknowledge that this attribute could be both a gift and a curse, a duality I’ve come to terms with because I’ve experienced the contrasting side of the spectrum. The other side feels constricting, limiting, and suffocating – a life that I once considered devoid of meaning. On this side, however, I’ve discovered with intention it’s a life brimming with purpose and the pursuit of harmony and peace amidst the various facets of work, family, and all the other dimensions of existence.
Living with intention, cultivating pleasure, and choosing a life rooted in awareness aren’t just concepts I teach—they are the principles that shape the way I move through the world. The fullness of my life, the many passions I juggle, and the joy I choose daily are reflections of the very practices I guide my clients through.
Because I’ve lived both sides—the constricted, disconnected version of life and the expansive, aligned one—I understand how powerful it can be to reconnect to your body, your voice, and your truth. My work is about offering that same reclamation to others.
